Custom Field (taxonomy) just disappeared…

Hi guys,
So I created a taxonomy called city and created a custom field for it, that is linked to another taxonomy custom field called region..(rather region is linked to city)

All was going well and the field was showing up like it was supposed to.
Then I was bug testing my add listing and now the city field is gone and no longer showing up on the add listing form.

I have all the fields for the city taxonomy set up correctly

So…please tell me why this custom field is not showing up.
