Header Banner Not Showing

    I’m having problems with the header banner displaying. I have created a banner and assigned it to the header area also have set Logo Banner option under Header Layout Adjustments in Page Setup >> General Layout. I have also disabled all plugins but the banner still does not display. Any idea what might be wrong here??

    Running Auction theme Version 8.3
