Greetings All

I am attempting to rebuild my website in a testing environment using the latest responsive shop theme and i have a couple of questions. First i am experimenting with every menu combination to see how things work and present in a browser, to see what functions will work well with my new design concept. Which has me asking two questions for those advanced forums members who wish to assist me. Thank You very much in advance for any assistance!!!

Home page display setup – draggable content elements

1.) Listing Carousal
Amazon import tool: I have successfully added and imported products from the amazon website. I have the products as featured in a listing carousal and everything is working. ? how can i limited the amount of information for each listing? Each product shows, featured item, image, title, views, down, desc, price and more. How can i remove all but image, title and more?

2) Blog Posts
I am writing a post for each featured product in 20 cats and would like to present the articles i write in a two columns and a section for each cat. But the blog content element only allows Title and Display amount. Is there a way to change or modify the blog content element? Or is there a custom way i can accomplish this using the pre designed display elements.

There are probably over 30 different options in these lists and i have spent many hours experimenting, any help from someone that can shave off some of my time would be a great help. Is there somewhere i can change or look at some way to change the number of options in these content elements.
