Listing list at HomePage located at current location user

There would be some form to programming or design that ads appear on the frontpage of the site as the featured and frontpage listing are automatically filtered according to the user’s automatic location.

For example, I have several cities, if the user is in Houston, then in the frontpage all appears all ads and featured listings located in Houston without the user having to make any initial filter.
