Member can't upgrade enhancements after paying ??????

Once a member has paid for membership and added a profile, I looks like there is No way for th member to add and pay for a featured profile upgrade?

I have tried as admin to assign the featured sticker to a profile as well as to my own example profiles.
The setting in Listing manager > edit has a setting to tick or un tick the Featured setting as well as there is a setting also called Listing Enhancements choose YES or NO selection box to assign yes show sticker however it does not work, nothing happens on front end to show a featured sticker.

BUT ….. If I do a test as a paying member (Admin Test) also choosing the featured enhancement at the time of the purchase membership, then the featured sticker shows.

If I un tick it and tick it again to test it then it also no longer shows up or works even though the member has paid for the enhancement.

Any help please or does this admin setting just not work?
