Admin side categories classified theme

Would anyone have any idea of how to find or look at what listings are in certain categories?? I am talking about the admin side.
What I mean, if I have say 10 categories and 200 listings and I want to find out what category is a listing is in, without looking through all of the listings in listing manager. In listing manager there should be a category -screen options- too.
I know there is the search, but that is a pain in the butt if listings are in the wrong category and have to find them all through search. Does the theme has this feature?
I should be up and running already and after three weeks I am still farting around trying to set it up. The admin side is lacking the categories screen options in listing manager. ??? Thanx
