Change Backgroud Image On Business Directory

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to figure out how will I change the color or background image behind this section on the New Business Directory Theme.

I did go over some videos and I looked at the home page and looked at the code on the home page … I may have missed it but I did not see any reference to any background image or even this section.

Could someone tell me where this section is located and how will I change the background or color.
