Lots of issues – no reply fromsupport ticket HELP!

I have some people testing my directory theme. And I have a couple of issues. 1) the website on the featured product on the homepage gets displayed outside of the box – http://www.handmadeinaustralia.com

2) they are having trouble upgrading from one listing type to another, i go to edit, upgrade to the $10 but there is no option to pay other than renew but that is for a silver listing, it gives me the option for more pics but i cant add more categories

3) How do you make it so that once they pay for their listing they get re-directed form paypal back to their listing

and 4) we dont have google map locations but it still displays google maps on the listings – https://www.handmadeinaustralia.com/listing/handmade-in-australia-gold-package/

5) the side featured products on the homepage carousel – you cannot click on this due to the overlay

6) how to i change the work title to business name on the listing page? i looked in languages but it is not there -https://www.handmadeinaustralia.com/add-listing-2/

7) https://www.handmadeinaustralia.com/add-listing-2/ what is supposed to be in the right hand side widget “listing information”?

8) can the listing type box be clickable? https://www.handmadeinaustralia.com/add-listing-2/

9) how do you remove an item from the automatically listed features (ticks and crosses) looks a bit weird when the item isnt actually listed in any of the packages

10) the drop down menu for the sub categories when you mouse over them it doesnt disappear when you mouse out. it hangs there so it is over the top of the next one you mouse into.

11) when someone sends a message – after it is sent they get a message saying “well this is embarssing isnt it” as if there is a missing page – where do i fix this?

12) messages are not being displayed in the inboxes

13) if they do stumble across their message they get taken to the bottom of the screen and need to scroll up to reply

14) once people who have found their message have read them – they disappear from the inbox?

15) the search filter for stars only shows 3 stars for 4 or 5 star rated listing

16) instead of having the phone number on the listing can we have the website instead?

17) the category listing pages are displaying titles that are being pulled from the listings – NOT from admin (glitch!)

18) when editing listings – cant seem to get the line spacings for paragraphs after the first few – this is even though they show up in the editor. they do not display on the published listing

19) the featured area section of the homepage is very messy with all the listings different sizes- how can these be made uniform so it looks better?
