Add a custom package to the listing packages page

Greetings,

I have attached a screenshot of what I am trying to achieve. Basically, I want to find out the file to edit and around what lines (if possible) to add a custom package that links to a separate page or contact form. I want to offer my customers to sell there items to us rather than posting an ad.
