Widgets… Am I Losing My Mind?

I’m in the process of setting-up the Dating theme, and made a few minor changes to the widgets (just changing titles & sequence).

Everything looked perfect until I logged-out, at which point, all of the widgets reverted back to their previous state (I began this site using the PremiumPress sample data).

I log-back in, and my “updated” widgets magically reappear.

In other words, I ended-up with completely different widget settings for logged-in, and logged-out users (confirmed on multiple computers with multiple browsers).

Thinking this might be a PremiumPress “feature” (I can see where that might be cool), I can’t find anything about how to change the widgets for logged-out users?

Thoughts, suggestions?
