Member Edit their Photos

I have tried to figure this out myself, but I’m still confused, so posting here.

I can’t seem to find a way for the member to upload photos to their profile (listing) and to edit their photos. Am I missing a setting?

Would love for someone to explain how photos/galleries work on a member’s profile/listing.
