having difficulty using the screenshot plugin that can be loaded from backend

    i am using the plugin successfully on directory theme but can’t get it to work for coupon theme. can somebody help me with this please? when i have the plugin activated and put in a listing url, it grabs no screenshot and insteads loads the deafault no image pic. thank you;-)
