Help Please Claim Listing Dating Theme

I have been trying to figure out how would the Claim listing work after Admin has created a few listings that are claimable in the Dating Theme.
Yes I watched the Video about it for the Directory theme.
But I need to know how (Claim listing) works to benefit users or website owner in the Dating theme.

If somebody wants to claim a listing, should they be then taken to the cart to pay for it?
Or are created admin listings Free?
Does it get linked to a package?
I’m a bit confused as to how this is “Supposed” to work in Dating Theme.
So I’m not sure if it is working or not.
has any body worked this out yet?
