Listing Contact Form for Dating Where does it go Admin or User?

Listing Contact Form Set up?
In Dating Theme 8.1
When setting up this particular email, Admin help message says this form goes to listing author when someone uses the listing page contact form.

I can not see or find a contact email for on any listing page of authors ( users)
There is only an message envelope icon that sends a message to another member.

I am confused about this as I can’t see the point of having an email contact form on the Dating theme profile listings when you would be trying to keep users onsite, not sending them off site to email each other.

I am hoping this email is an auto-responder for when somebody wants to contact the website Admin for (support or help) from the more obvious and useful contact us form on the Contact us page being sent to the (website owner)
Can somebody please clarify by explaining this for me in a little more detail.
