Title length, word wrap and container element sizes.

Hi All, Im wondering if anyone has noticed this or has a solution.
I tried this in Safari, Chrome, IE, Mozilla and Opera
Im finding the word wrap for the title in listings may not work properly, admittedly the example I supplied is a little over the top and possibly not a real world encounter but it might show that it may need a look at. As you can see the text does not wrap but extends out of the container.
Is there a way I can adjust this?
Also the Title text needs a limit to say 80 characters so that it does not take over the formatting or feel of the container its in.
Maybe the containers need to be limited to a certain size.
Is there a quick way to limit this?
Also the individual elements in the containers displayed on the front page listing (eg Recent listing top elements container), is there a way to keep the bottom most element the same size constantly so it doesnt keep adjusting depending on the length of the text.
Perhaps an overall container size might work but not sure how this can be done with responsive design selected.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
