Error everywhere…

Bought this DirectoryPress theme since few years ago, now trying to install and playing with it again, but well…. I’m stuck!

When I trying to delete listing it show blank page with just “on line: 540” error, following is the log:

It seem also unable to generate the site thumbs. (e.g. thumbs directory already 777). Additionally, the tinymce editor also looks weird.

Wordpress v4.1.1
PHP 5.5.9
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.38, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 6.3
Standard mysql settting.
Tested both on Apache and Nginx.
Only use default WordPress plugins, and all are disabled.
Tested on 2 different hosts, but still no luck!

Am I missing something here???
