Responsive Directory VS New Business Directory themes?

    I own both the original (series 7) Directory Press theme and the
    Premium Responsive Directory WordPress Theme theme (paid for the upgrade)

    Now – (for awhile now) there is a new “ New Business” Directory theme.

    I am looking for information that shows the difference between this New Business Directory and the Premium Responsive Directory which I have already used to build several sites?

    Is there a link that I cannot find that may have a spreadsheet of features that shows what the advantages of one over the other may be?
