Another Rookie Question

So I created a new listing field and named it [how_hot]. I figured out how to get it to show up on search results in my listing, and giving it a title, but I cannot figure out how to change the color. I pasted to code below. It starts with >[ICON id=’fa fa-fire’ fa=1] How Hot: [how_hot]< So I want the result for how_hot to be red, and the fa-fire to be red. My url is pepperpros.com if you need it.
