Responsive Shop recent listing category

In the Responsive Shop V8 Theme, how do you set the query in the Recent Listings to display posts only from a certain category?

On the home page, I want to display all posts from the Newest Inspirations category. slug is newest-inspirations.

I tried cat=482 for the id category=newest-impirations for the slug the first shows nothing and the second shows all the posts in all categories.
