    Please see the attached image link,
    Any help on this would be appreciated,

    The problem I have is, when trying to figure out how to set up user profile, and add map location. after selecting a location on the map, in the profile. I get a message saying complete all fields, however all fields are complete as far as I am aware. and I cant get this message to go away after being clicked as OK.
