translation with Language Setup partially dont retain translation when updated

translation with Language Setup works ok with all files up to folder 14.

but from folder 15 on any translation I made don’t update
can anybody help me to finf the reason ?

16 Comment Form Translation – don’t update

18 Listing Values – don’t update
19 Graphs – don’t update
