can't be fix from my Provider, can I run the dating theme ?

    The following below can’t be fix from my Provider, so my question is
    is it possible to run my dating theme anyway ??

    Sockets it´s off ( should be on )

    Max Execution Time ( 50 ) and it says it has to be over 100 )

    Video thumbnail Service ( ffmpeg ) is off should be on

    File Transfer Protocol FTP is off, should be on
