Adding a Submit Button into the Home Page

Hello everyone… I am trying to create a button on my home page that links directly to one of the Packages I offer.
Basically at the moment the button sends to my Submit Page, and the user there has to select the Package… what I would like is that by pressing the button on the Home Page the user is directed immediately to the Specific Package Form.
Hope I managed to explain myself 😉
