Centering Category Tiles on front page

    I know a fair amount of php and CSS so i know i can get this accomplished but i am having an issue finding the elements that actually will allow me to modify the category on the front page to make it center up.

    I already modified to get rid of the text below the icons and now i just need to center them up. Any suggestions?
