Serach Form Problem!

Im tring to utilize the plugin Ajaxy – https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajaxy-search-form/

I attached class on wp-content/themes/CP/framework/class/class_design.php

<input class=”search-box” type=”search” placeholder=”Find a store…..” autocomplete=”off” name=”s”>

And also add script on Design Setup – Footer Styles (wp_footer)

but it didnt work.
