what is the use of file in ../CP/framework/template/ directory ?

    what is the use of file in ../CP/framework/template/ directory ? I see some css file is used when we use the child theme.

    As a child theme, it contains its own css, why to use css in this folder ? The css conflicts with my child theme css.

    Missing something ?
