Ask for user's location when entering the site

Hi,

I know that the user can change his location by clicking on “change location” but if the user doesn’t change the location from the beginning, then all the listings are far away from him.

Is there a way to ask for the user’s location first when entering the website, like it’s done here: https://luach.com/
