Resume CV and Edit Profile – Job Board Theme

Ok,
I am making some progress with setting up the Job Board theme and I feel a bit dumb asking this but there are two things that I am simply not seeing.
1) In the My Account page, I am not seeing the option for a user to Upload CV/Resume…I have went through all settings and options and it does not see to be an unavailable option, but when the user goes to apply for a job, it does say to have resume attached upload CV in the My Accounts Page. What do I have to do, or where do I have to go, to get this option to show.

2) I don’t see any way for a user to edit their profile. On the My Accounts Page it has a View Profile link, but when you click on that, there is no way to edit the profile. How do I allow the user to Edit their profile, is there another setting or option that I have to select.
