How to Save the Directory Setting?

I’m using Responsive Directory theme and a child theme. I realized if I accidentally clicked on another WP theme and come back to the Responsive directory theme, my setting (e.g. under page setup) for the responsive directory theme will be gone.

Is there any way to save all the settings in a secure way? Do I need to create another child theme when I’m already using a free child theme?

Sorry I’m new to this and would need some direction on this. Thank you.
