Manual listing upload alternatives

Hi guys,

Perhaps someone could help explain to me alternative methods users can upload listings to our PP classifieds theme.

A competitor site has just asked if I would like to manually upload my listings or if they would to take a feed to the website?

I am aware that users can use a csv file to multiple upload although I am not sure how this works re pictures etc?

Perhaps someone would kindly give me a little guidance?
