Form enquiries not appearing in Dashboard

Is there a setting somewhere to turn off listing enquiries being visible in the users Dashboard area?

I have a weird situation whereby the notification icon at the top says there is a new mail, however, upon clicking notifications you just get a blank screen within the site design?! The email comes through fine to the email acount which is good.

Any ideas…??
