Create a shortcode to call a file

Hello, I am creating another type of slider to show on the homepage.
So I created a new file called sliderhome.php with a html code so to test.

If I use an include to call him on the subject, certain works.
But I need to create a shortcode to call this SLIDERHOME.PHP file so I can put it in the admin layout.
Can someone help me (guide) for the easiest way to do this? Thank you very much.
