Re: Indeed Plugin / Search Results

The search results page listings have three items that are hyperlinked
    1. The company logo of the job poster
    2. The job title
    3. More Details button

*with the indeed plugin, these link items open outbound links in same window. I desire to modify them to a ‘new window’ or rather target=’_blank’.

    wait for it…

Now without the Indeed plugin installed, they (the linked items) will of course open in same window…and as they should. However, the Indeed plugin uses it’s own coding to dictate whether these link items are target=’_blank’. In fact, the job title successfully and properly does link to a new window, however the logo and the More Details button do not…although they seem to be coded to do so in the plugin syntax.

So, this seems to be a code conflict on the part of the theme over-riding the plugin code. Which is understandable, but buggy nonetheless.

All that said, can you provide specific code solution … AND file name…. AND perhaps even line code number.

    Thanks
