Front Page Listings By Choice or ID

Hi,

I want to set one particular listing on top of all listings on home page. I have tried every possibility by creating a package with front page exposure feature included and assigning that package to the listing and without a package by setting front page exposure in listings enhancements. I have tried to set the listings by front page exposure query in home page set up but that particular listing is not coming on the top.

Can anyone please share the custom query string for setting up front page exposure listings by listing ID. Or is there any other way I can select ten listings by front page exposure features and set them on home page to display random.
