Order of categories + a few more inital setup questions

Hi guys,

Just purchased the Real Estate theme and have several important initial setup questions:

1. How can I set the order of my categories?
The all categories have various number of subcategories, and automatic ordering makes them look bad.
2. Is it possible to add listing to Parent category?
Right now it only lets me check sub categories when adding a listing. But some of my categories do not have sub categories.
3. Is there a way to remove the Property type from the image’s green flare (where price is)?
4. How do I add parent category to breadcrubms?
