Chacnge the contact author email

OK, I will try and make it easy to understated with the hope anyone can help solve this.
So as most directories, I populated some listings my self as the admin.
The issue is when someone comes to my directory and clicks “contact Author” that Email go’s to me, because I made the listing.
BUT (I think) the email should go to the Email of the business, dont you ?
It will be even better if it go’s to a few emails e.g contact email, author etc..

can anyone help and point out where to fix this? and how if possible?
