Parent Category Disable feature not working in 6.6.6

Thanks for your update, it’s really nice on the breadcrumbs and the login on top of the page, however I encounter a small issue, I disable Parent Category in General Setup under submission settings, but when i do a posting, I’m still able to select Parent Category, you might wanna take a look into that, Thanks.

Btw, the listing Carousel appears all in one color, anyway to add the features where we can change the color in Design Setup? Thanks.
