Users' "Save" button linkage doesn't work

Hello Good people,
I have a problem if anyone could help please, would be must appreciated.

I use classified theme, my site is almost done. When I tested from the start: register as a subscriber, submit an ad, and followed all the procedure and hit “save” it doesn’t work, meaning the “waiting” icon that supposed to be circling while user is waiting does not move and I it just stuck nowhere to go. IT DOESN”T save user’s information.
Where did I go wrong? which part of template should I look and fix?
