1 listing package don't show the extras

    I deleted one of the default 4 listing packages that showed and I mess something. See the attachment. How can I fix this?
    I see in listings address have to do a lot with Google Maps. I set this custom fields anyway. Is it OK? Suggestions on any field you consider should be set up? 2nd Attachment
