DP Version 6.6.5 confused with the listing purchase process

I have set the 3 listing packages with 365 days to expire and a price. I have set the listing to pending approval.

When I create a test listing, the first package shows the price in a green box and the other two do not show a price.

How does this work?
Once you have completed the fields opposite your listing will be created but will not go live until payment has been received. This gives you time to check, modify and preview the listing before payment.

Total Payment:
$5.00 for a 365 day listing.

But none of this appears in the other two listings, nor does the HTML box [I made a post about that earlier].

Also not seeing a field to upload image for any of the listings even though I have enabled 1 image [photo 3].
