Payment system NOT workable for microjobs

The payment system on this theme is unworkable for micro jobs.
Users should be setting the PRICE for their gig, and ADMIN should be getting a PERCENTAGE of each gig.
Users should also be able to “TICK A BOX” for whether their gig stays onsite permanently as a REHIRE listing (like fiverr-eg: WORKER lists as “fix issues on wordpress” and can be rehired over and over and over and show PREVIOUS WORK COMPLETED portfolio WITH reviews!)
or, list work as ONE TIME ONLY listing.
Eg: Person wants their house painted, or a lift to the airport=once only.
Person wants lawn mowed once a month…

This is NOT a microjobs theme WITHOUT the ability to create these types of listings
and its NOT a microjobs site without admin being able to create a PERCENTAGE per fee PAID INSTEAD OF PAY PER LISTING TYPE.
It also NEEDS an ESCROW where website holds funds until work is marked COMPLETED by user.

Anyone can put a listing on my site for a free listing, charge a customer a thousand dollars and I make 0
Or they can pay for a $30 listing, and get HUNDREDS of clients rebuying from them over and over again and I make $30
Meantime Im paying for hosting and bandwidth and file storage.
Where’s my profit in this?

AND FEATURED LISTINGS NEEDS to be changed so that admin can set it SEPARATELY for amount of days.
If I have some listing types for 7 days, and others for a MONTH how am I supposed to set ONE price???

I see NO DIFFERENCES from classifieds theme and I could have done this myself.

PLEASE CHANGE THE PAYMENT SYSTEM!
