DP Version 6.6.5 contact form for listing owner

I am testing the listing contact form and the email is not being received.

1. Set up test listing under my user account. Email address is different to system email address.

2. Completed form using a different email address to test, nothing received.

3. I do get the green message sent box.

Do the emails go to the listing owner or somewhere else? I watched the email video and there was no reference to how this works. I have looked for written documentation and could not find any.
