Password recovery doesn't work

    I’ve got shopperpress theme , when someone wants to recover their password they got email like this:

    To Me Today at 5:58 PM
    Someone requested that the password be reset for the following account:

    Home

    Username: Vishal

    If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen.

    To reset your password, visit the following address:

    <https://webtraffic-generator.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=DL1a9nDkLLI153eVk8w1&login=Vishal&gt;

    However when you follow the link it redirects you to login page, that’s it. How can I make password recovery work? Also, it would be good to get rid of WordPress in the subject. Thank you in advance for ya help
