    Hi,

    Does anyone know the correct set up for private message email using DP V7.1.4?

    This is the settings I was using, but this does not show the actual text of the messages !

    Hi (username)

    You have been sent an enquiry from…

    (firstname)

    (lastname)

    (email)

    (date)

    (time)

    Regards

    I am in the process of moving to RT but I want to solve this to apologise to clients who may have missed messages.

    All help greatly appreciated.
