Paypal Cannot Reach My Callback Page.

    When I try a test listing using Paypal sandbox mode or a Real Transaction it works. Though I am stuck on a Paypal Website. I am not being redirected back to my site and the listing doesn’t go live automatically.

    I think it has something to do with my Callback Page not being reached by Paypal. Is there anything I am supposed to do within my paypal settings? My IPN settings in Paypal are off. I have not touched any settings in paypal.

    From what I read is that my call back page is supposed to override anything I do in Paypal anyway. Why is my callback page being left in the dark after a test payment? My callback page works when I click the test Callback button. The order will go live and will appear in the Order Manager. Any ideas?
