Random featured listings with auto refresh every 10 seconds

Hello I’d like to know if you guys know how to add a side widget to do random search of featured listings and refresh every 10 seconds without showing duplicates , on the same page automatically ??

Here is an example (right side refreshes automatically after 10 or 12 seconds) from a page I saw it on https://www.anumex.com/

Please provide step by step solution as I am new to this.
