taxonomy plugin causing Posts Category missing

    Hi,

    I have updated my theme to latest version but in doing so, I have noticed that the posts categories have gone missing.

    I disabled plugins to see if that caused it and found out it was caused by the taxonomy plugin.

    Can anyone help? I need the categories in the posts for the different news feeds I have set up in my site.
