Change Paypal gateway payment recipient

What do I have to do so that no matter what auction is being paid for the Paypal user that is the recipient of the transaction is me. I am doing this as a security precaution, I am basically acting as the middle man, my website will be paid the money then at a predetermined time we will pay the owner of the auction. Is this possible? If so how would I do this?
