Listing search results page questions

1. When I first click on the map view of search results, only the top listing is displayed with the icon.
However, if I refresh the page all listings are displayed with the icon.
This happens each time after a search is made but only after returning from another page.
Eg. Search – results – map view – one icon. Refresh page – all icons.
Move to another page e.g. My Account – return to advanced search – results – map view – one icon. Refresh page – all icons.

2. How can I add a sort by price High and Low option to the drop down box.
