Upgrade Deleted all settings, site rendered useless

    I backed up my custom child theme and files prior to updating, but once I upgraded to 6.5.8, all my settings disappeared. All of the layout and widget options vanished. All the custom HTML I had made for the home page, the slider, the featured product boxes… gone!

    This is a nightmare! Please advise.
